I cut my teeth at Microsoft on one of the company’s most high-performing engineering teams, where we ran 230,000 experiments a month and sustained 49 consecutive months of growth alongside 3,000 engineers.

That experience shaped my business growth DNA in an unconventional way. I learned early that scale isn’t magic — it’s methodical. It’s disciplined experimentation. It’s systems. It’s trust in data over guessing.

I later grew my own company to the Inc. 5000 list and helped multiple clients do the same — including one that landed in the top 100.

To date, I’ve helped generate over $220M in client revenue (and counting), partnering with businesses that are doing meaningful work in the world.

I’m especially passionate about supporting companies that are making humanity healthier, wiser, and more conscious — and playing a strategic role in amplifying their impact.

I live near Seattle in Kirkland, Washington with my 17-year-old son, my partner, and his two young daughters.
